Currently there are approximately 118 Standard Probate Forms prescribed by the Supreme Court of Ohio. There are several non-standard probate forms published by the Shelby County Probate Court. In the sprit of the Ohio Probate Courts Page, editable Standard Probate Forms are provided in PDF format which allow any Ohio Probate Court to insert their county name. This will save thousands of hours that would be used if every court developed and maintained their own set of forms.
